Scope
This document describes a method for conducting statistical analysis using the minimum number of samples.
This document is suitable for situations where the size of the samples (including the test devices) is large, the cost of the samples is high, and it is difficult to conduct accelerated tests. In these cases, the minimum number of samples can be used to achieve accelerated testing and statistical analysis of data.
