Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, storage, and user manuals for the installation brackets of air conditioner outdoor units. This standard applies to fixed brackets (hereinafter referred to as "brackets") used for vertical installation of air conditioners with a cooling capacity of not more than 14,000W, which are designed to safely support the outdoor units of air conditioners. Brackets of other structural configurations may refer to the requirements of this standard.
