Scope

This standard specifies the basic principles and safety technical requirements for the filling of industrial non-refillable welded steel cylinders.
This standard applies to industrial non-refillable welded steel cylinders (hereinafter referred to as "steel cylinders") that comply with the GB 17268 standard, used at an ambient temperature of -40 °C to 60 °C, with the storage medium classified as Class A refrigerant (limited to low-pressure liquefied gases) by GB/T 7778, and a test pressure pT≤6.2 MPa (gauge pressure) and a volume V≤25 L (when pT exceeds 3.5 MPa, V≤5 L).
