Scope

This standard specifies the types, design, manufacturing, inspection rules, and test methods for industrial non-refillable welded steel cylinders (hereinafter referred to as steel cylinders), as well as their marking and coating. This standard applies to steel cylinders used at ambient temperatures of -40 °C to 60 °C, with a test pressure of PT ≤ 6.2 MPa (gauge pressure), a volume of V ≤ 25 L (when PT > 3.5 MPa, V ≤ 5 L), and non-refillable toxic substances classified as Class A refrigerants (limited to low-pressure liquefied gases) according to GB/T 7778.
