Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, application effect evaluation methods, and evaluation indicators for the evaluation of the effectiveness of heat pump technology in household appliances.
This standard applies to the evaluation of the application effect of air-source heat pump technology in household appliances. The evaluation of the application effect of other heat pump technologies in household appliances can be used for reference.
Note: The types of household appliance products that currently consider the use of heat pump technology include (but are not limited to) heat pump air conditioners, heat pump water heaters, heat pump tumble dryers, and heat pump-type drum washing and drying machines, as well as low ambient temperature air-source heat pump fans.
