This standard specifies the energy consumption (hereinafter referred to as "energy consumption") limit grades and technical requirements, statistical scope, and calculation methods for conventional coal-fired extraction-condensing cogeneration units.
This standard applies to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption for conventional coal-fired extraction-condensing cogeneration units, as well as the control of energy consumption for newly built (or modified/expanded) units.
This standard does not apply to resource comprehensive utilization units and back-pressure cogeneration units.
