DB31/T 1364-2022 Technical Specification for the Verification of Capabilities of Inspection and Testing Bodies

Scope

This document stipulates the responsibilities of Shanghai for conducting capability verification activities for inspection and testing institutions, the implementation process, the planning, modification, and improvement of the implementation plan, the organization of registration, the formulation of operation guidance documents, the preparation and management of samples, the evaluation of the uniformity and stability of samples, the determination of specified values and their uncertainties, the submission of inspection data and results, data analysis and result evaluation, on-site technical verification, statistical summary and result notification, rectification, report and acceptance review, and archiving requirements. This document is applicable to capability verification coordinating agencies, responsible units, and participating institutions for conducting capability verification activities for inspection and testing institutions organized by the market supervision and management departments of Shanghai; other industry regulatory departments can refer to and use it for organizing capability verification activities.
