T/JSEFA 006-2024 Green Cultivation Techniques for Chicken Mushroom
T/JSEFA 006-2024
Basic Information
Scope
Main Technical Content: 4. Site Environment Requirements The storage site for cultivation substrate should be ventilated and dry to prevent the growth of pests and mold. 4.2 Site Environment Requirements The site should be close to water sources, with well-developed drainage and irrigation facilities and convenient transportation. The site environment should meet the requirements of NY/T 391. 5. Cultivation Facilities Arched greenhouses or heated greenhouses are used for cultivation. The arched greenhouses are built in a north-south orientation, with a width of 3m–8m, a height of 2m–3.5m, and a length of 20m–50m. A 0.1mm–0.14mm thick drip-proof film is used on the roof, and shading and insulation materials such as straw mats, agricultural felt blankets, or greenhouse insulation cotton are used to block light and maintain temperature. The light intensity inside the greenhouse should be 100lx–300lx. A 40cm–50cm wide and 30cm–40cm deep drainage ditch is dug around the arched greenhouse. 6. Cultivation Substrate The main ingredients include corn cobs, cottonseed hulls, mushroom bran, and crop straw; the auxiliary ingredients include bran, corn flour, and soybean meal. The cultivation substrate should meet the requirements of NY/T 1935. 7. Cultivation Techniques 7.1.1 Reference Formula for Cultivation Substrate: Formula 1: 78% corn cobs, 10% bran, 5% corn flour, 4% soybean meal, 2% lime powder, and 1% gypsum. The material-to-water ratio is 1:1.4; Formula 2: 91% cottonseed hulls, 4% superphosphate, 3% lime powder, and 2% gypsum. The material-to-water ratio is 1:1.3–1.4; Formula 3: 50% mushroom bran, 40% straw, 5% soybean meal, 3% lime powder, and 2% gypsum. The material-to-water ratio is 1:1.4. 7.1.2 Bagging and Sterilization The cultivation substrate is pre-wetted. Polyethylene or polypropylene bags with dimensions of (17cm–18cm) x 36cm are used, with a thickness of 0.06mm. The mushroom bags are sterilized at 121°C for 2h–2.5h or at 100°C fo
