Scope
本文件规定了在用电梯安全评估的基本规定、评估机构、评估程序、评估项目和内容、评估报告的要求。 本文件适用于额定速度不大于6.0m/s的曳引驱动乘客电梯和载货电梯，额定速度不大于1.0m/s的液压驱动乘客电梯和载货电梯，以及自动扶梯与自动人行道的安全评估。对于灾后（地震、水灾和火灾）电梯，以及既有住宅加装电梯的安全评估可参照本文件执行。 本文件不适用于防爆电梯、杂物电梯和斜行电梯的安全评估。
