Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for mechanized cotton production, including production objectives, planting systems, cotton field selection, varieties and planting density, mechanical sowing, mechanical fertilization, full-process chemical regulation, full-process chemical weeding, pest and disease control, topping or chemical topping, leaf removal and ripening, mechanical harvesting, and mechanical straw crushing and returning to the field. This standard is applicable to two-crop cotton fields such as cotton-rape, cotton-wheat, and cotton-potato, as well as cotton-other crops.
