Scope

This standard specifies the classification and marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, and storage of marine flange bronze shut-off check valves (hereinafter referred to as shut-off check valves) with flange connection dimensions and sealing surfaces that meet the requirements of GB/T 569 and GB/T 2501.
This standard applies to the design, manufacture, and acceptance of shut-off check valves in piping systems for media such as fresh water, seawater, lubricating oil, fuel oil, and steam with a temperature not exceeding 250°C.
