Scope

This standard applies to the identification of major hazard sources of in-service special equipment within the scope stipulated by the "Regulations on the Safety Supervision of Special Equipment". This standard does not apply to the following special equipment: a) Special equipment that has not been licensed or exceeds the scope of the license for design, manufacture, installation, modification, or repair; b) Special equipment that has been explicitly required by the state to undergo supervision and inspection but has not been inspected; c) Special equipment with an inspection conclusion of "stop operation", "unqualified", or "unable to continue use according to the inspection conclusion"; d) Special equipment during the modification or repair process; e) Special equipment that has been reported for decommissioning; f) Single-use gas cylinders.
