Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, naming and marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labels, certificates of conformity, user manuals, packaging, transportation, and storage of energy-saving plastic doors and windows. This standard applies to energy-saving windows for building external walls and pedestrian doors that are operated manually in industrial and civil buildings, as well as energy-saving windows for vertical roofs. Energy-saving external doors and windows for non-manually operated walls, as well as vertical skylights, can be used as reference. This standard does not apply to skylights, non-vertical roof windows, roller shutter doors and windows, and revolving doors. This standard does not apply to fire-resistant doors and windows.
