Scope

This standard specifies the colorimetric determination method for trace oxygen in gases.
This standard is applicable to the determination of oxygen content in hydrogen, nitrogen, argon, helium, neon, krypton, xenon, methane, and other gases that do not react with primary copper ammine complexes and ammonia. The measurement range is 0.5×10-6 to 1,000×10-6 (by volume fraction).
