Scope
This standard specifies the energy efficiency measurement test methods and test reports for AC switchgear with a rated frequency of 50 Hz and a rated voltage of 3.6 kV to 40.5 kV (hereinafter referred to as switchgear).
This standard applies to the energy efficiency measurement tests of the main circuit and operating mechanism of switchgear, but does not include the energy efficiency measurement tests of auxiliary equipment such as heaters and fans.
