Scope

This document establishes the review procedures for the export of ethnic minority clothing relics, stipulates the requirements for category determination, age determination, value assessment, and the formation of review conclusions, and describes the corresponding verification methods.
This document applies to the review of the export of ethnic minority clothing relics.
This document does not apply to the temporary import and re-export of cultural relics or the review of the temporary export of cultural relics.
Note: Ethnic minority clothing typically includes clothing and its decorations.
