Scope

This document establishes the procedures for the review of the export of oil paintings, watercolor paintings, and gouache paintings, stipulates the requirements for category determination, age determination, list comparison, value assessment, and the formation of review conclusions, and describes the corresponding verification methods.
This document applies to the review of the export of oil paintings, watercolor paintings, and gouache paintings.
This document does not apply to the temporary entry and exit of cultural relics and the review of the temporary export of cultural relics. The review of the export of cultural relics such as sketches (including quick sketches), comics, and original prints of prints may refer to this document for reference.
