Scope

This standard specifies the content and methods for assessing the emergency response capacity of production and operation units in terms of workplace safety. This standard applies to mining, metal smelting, and construction enterprises in Shaanxi Province, as well as enterprises engaged in the production and operation (with storage facilities) of dangerous goods such as flammable and explosive items and hazardous chemicals, chemical enterprises that use hazardous chemicals in quantities exceeding the national standards, fireworks and firecracker production and wholesale enterprises, and other production and operation units with a medium-sized scale or above. Other production and operation units may refer to and implement this standard accordingly.
