Scope

Scope: This document specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, basic packaging requirements, packaging materials, transportation, storage, and shelf life for the quality grading standards of dried Yuyang yuanqian products. This document applies to the quality grading standards of dried Yuyang yuanqian products. Main technical contents: The shape should have the appearance and shape of the product; the color should have the color of the product; there should be no foreign impurities visible to the naked eye; carbohydrates a (g/100g) ≤ 13.0 (extra-grade), 14.0 (first-grade), 15.0 (second-grade); dietary fiber a (g/100g) ≥ 7.0 (extra-grade), 6.0 (first-grade), 5.0 (second-grade); protein a (g/100g) ≥ 7.0 (extra-grade), 6.0 (first-grade), 5.0 (second-grade); vitamin E a (mg/100g) ≥ 60.0 (extra-grade), 55.0 (first-grade), 50.0 (second-grade); calcium a (mg/100g) ≥ 320.0 (extra-grade), 310.0 (first-grade), 300.0 (second-grade); phosphorus a (mg/100g) ≥ 120.0 (extra-grade), 110.0 (first-grade), 100.0 (second-grade); iron a (mg/100g) ≥ 60.0 (extra-grade), 55.0 (first-grade), 50.0 (second-grade); and the dried products are converted based on their dehydration rate in combination with the corresponding fresh products.
