Scope
This standard specifies the clinical diagnosis of ASF, the collection and processing of laboratory diagnostic samples, as well as laboratory diagnostic methods such as ordinary PCR, fluorescent PCR, fluorescent RAA, high-sensitive fluorescent immunoassay, sandwich ELISA antigen detection method, indirect ELISA antibody detection method, blocking ELISA antibody detection method, sandwich ELISA antibody detection method, and indirect immunofluorescence method.
This standard is applicable to the diagnosis and monitoring of ASF in domestic pigs and wild pigs.
