GB/T 35132.1-2017 Automation systems and integration—Evaluating energy efficiency and other factors of manufacturing systems that influence the environment—Part 1:Overview and general principles
Basic Information
Scope
This part of GB/T 35132 provides general guidelines and basic principles for assessing the environmental impact of manufacturing systems. GB/T 35132 specifies a common method for evaluating energy efficiency and other environmental impact factors in the discrete manufacturing sector, enabling its application in typical scenarios. GB/T 35132 can assess the environmental impact of manufacturing processes and be used to identify ways to reduce negative impacts or enhance positive ones. The assessment method outlined in GB/T 35132 is suitable for manufacturing systems composed of multiple manufacturing equipment or configured by work units, work centers, regions, or factories. GB/T 35132 defines the requirements for obtaining environmental impact data from individual manufacturing equipment, with these precise data classified according to the hierarchy of the manufacturing system. Note: The assessment methods and basic concepts of GB/T 35132 can serve as a foundation for environmental impact assessments of continuous or batch production processes, consistent with discrete manufacturing processes. The following are not within the scope of GB/T 35132: -- Methods for assessing the environmental impact of systems other than manufacturing systems (such as other systems in the same production site or other systems across the entire enterprise); -- Methods for assessing the environmental impact of the entire product life cycle; -- Environmental assessment methods and data targeted at specific factory departments, manufacturers, or machinery devices.
