This document describes the method of determining the chemical elements in glass fibers and their raw materials by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.
This document is suitable for the determination of chemical elements in all types of glass fibers, fiberglass, and their raw materials and formulations, as well as all types of mineral cotton and their raw materials.
