Scope
This document describes the liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry method for the determination of ochratoxin A and patulin in food. This document is applicable to the determination of ochratoxin A and patulin in food. The detection limit of ochratoxin A in this document is 0.1 ng/mL, and the quantification limit is 0.2 ng/mL; the detection limit of patulin is 0.05 ng/mL, and the quantification limit is 0.1 ng/mL.
