This document is applicable to the commissioning, grid connection testing, operation, and maintenance of compressed air energy storage power stations newly built, modified, or expanded to connect to the power grid at voltages of 10 kV or higher. Power stations connected to the grid at other voltage levels may refer to this document for implementation.
