Scope
This standard specifies the method for determining the content of ochratoxin A in food by immunoaffinity chromatography purification and high-performance liquid chromatography.
This standard is applicable to the determination of ochratoxin A in grains and grain products, alcoholic beverages, soy sauce, vinegar, and sauces and sauce products.
The detection limits of the method specified in this standard are as follows: the detection limit for grains and grain products is 1.0 μg/kg, the detection limit for alcoholic beverages is 0.1 μg/kg, and the detection limit for soy sauce, vinegar, and sauces and sauce products is 0.5 μg/kg.
