Scope
This standard specifies the method of determination of zearalenone content in food by immunoaffinity chromatography purification and high-performance liquid chromatography.
This standard is applicable to the determination of zearalenone content in grains and grain products, alcoholic beverages, soy sauce, vinegar, and sauces and sauce products.
The detection limits of the method specified in this standard are as follows: the detection limit for grains and grain products is 20 μg/kg, the detection limit for alcoholic beverages is 20 μg/kg, and the detection limit for soy sauce, vinegar, and sauces and sauce products is 50 μg/kg.
