This standard specifies the terms and definitions, site opening, operation and management, maintenance, safe operation, closure, and technical data management of urban domestic waste sanitary landfills. This standard applies to the operation and management of urban domestic waste sanitary landfills in all districts and counties (autonomous counties) within the urban planning area of Chongqing City.
