Scope
This standard specifies the operational norms for preventing and reducing the contamination of penicillin in apple juice and other beverage ingredients made from apple juice.
This standard applies to the agricultural production of apples, including planting, harvesting, transportation, post-harvest processing, storage, and post-storage sorting, as well as the transportation, inspection, juicing, juice packaging, post-packaging processing, and juice quality evaluation processes in juice processing.
