This document specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, accompanying documents, and order form content for high-purity gallium.
This document is applicable to the production, testing, and quality evaluation of high-purity gallium with a purity of not less than 99.999%.
Note: High-purity gallium is mainly used in the preparation of compound semiconductors, high-purity alloys, and the doping of semiconductor materials, etc.
