Scope
This standard specifies the control and monitoring requirements for wastewater dischargers in Shaanxi Province directly discharging water pollutants into the main and tributary rivers of the Yellow River and enclosed water bodies. This standard applies to the management of water pollutant discharges from wastewater dischargers in the Yellow River basin of Shaanxi Province, as well as the environmental impact assessments, environmental protection facility designs, completion environmental protection acceptance, and issuance of wastewater discharge permits for new (modification, expansion) projects of the aforementioned units.
