Scope

This standard stipulates the basic requirements for the on-site disposal of perishable waste, the requirements for the setting up of stations, the requirements for the operation and maintenance of stations, the requirements for safety production and emergency management, the quality requirements for output products, the requirements for pollutant control, and the requirements for the registration and supervision of stations. This standard applies to residential areas where waste sorting is implemented in cities and to areas where perishable waste is concentratedly generated. It applies to stations (points) that set up on-site disposal facilities with a daily disposal capacity of less than 30 tons (with a single daily disposal capacity of less than 10 tons).
