Scope

This standard specifies the content, time, conditions, methods, and reports for performance testing of coal-fired flue gas desulfurization equipment. This standard applies to performance testing of wet desulfurization processes represented by the limestone-gypsum method and dry/semi-dry desulfurization processes. Other similar desulfurization processes can also be implemented with reference to this standard.
