This document stipulates the terms and definitions of seedlings of major afforestation tree species in Sichuan, sampling and testing, single-tree quality grading, batch-seedling quality grading, and requirements for quality inspection certificates and labels. This document applies to the quality inspection and grade evaluation of nursery seedlings, off-nursery seedlings, and seedlings on afforestation sites in Sichuan, but not to seedlings grown in greenhouses and large-scale landscaping seedlings.
