Scope

This standard specifies the emergency response procedures, methods, equipment and general technical requirements for dealing with leaks of compressed natural gas. This standard applies to pressure vessels, pressure regulating stations and other process equipment and facilities in gas natural gas transmission pipelines, natural gas filling stations, gas storage wells, gas storage cylinder groups, natural gas cylinders (including vehicle-mounted ones), compressed natural gas vehicles (including long-tube trailers), natural gas gate stations, reserve stations, and other plants and stations that may experience leaks.
