Scope
This standard specifies the sampling and testing methods for tensile strength, fiber linear density, moisture regain, and impurity content of jute and kenaf fibers in testing. This standard is applicable to the sampling of jute and kenaf fibers for physical property testing; and to the testing of tensile strength, fiber linear density, moisture regain, and impurity content of jute and kenaf fiber bundles.
