Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, model compilation methods, technical requirements and/or safety protection measures, test methods, inspection rules, and requirements for marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of integrated modular elevators with steel structures. This standard applies to integrated modular elevators with steel structures manufactured in our province and installed in existing civil buildings, with a rated speed of no more than 1.5m/s, a rated load capacity of no more than 850kg, a lifting height of no more than 30m, and a maximum number of floors of no more than 9 (hereinafter referred to as "integrated elevators"). This standard should be used in conjunction with GB 7588-2003 (including its introduction).
