Scope
This part of GB/T 23717 defines the methods for measuring, analyzing, and calculating, as well as preparing reports on vibration and shock data for buildings that contain equipment sensitive to vibration and shock. This method is suitable for quantitative studies of buildings to be constructed and for evaluating existing buildings.
When the evaluated vibration involves the standards and general vibration standards adopted by manufacturers, it is necessary to obtain accurate vibration data, apply analysis methods, and adopt unified reporting preparation methods. The expected vibration levels can be referred to IEC 60721, and the equipment testing process can be referred to IEC 60068.
