Scope

This document specifies the design of hydraulic fracturing for shale gas wells in terms of basic data collection, fracturing design principles, fracturing processes, selection of fracturing layers and perforation, fracturing materials, construction parameters, pumping procedures, on-site construction preparation and equipment coordination, fracturing operations and fluid discharge, risk analysis and emergency response plans, health, safety, and environmental protection, and the principles and requirements of fracturing design documents.
