Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions for construction machinery tires, the representation of tire specifications and maximum load markings, tire specifications, dimensions, air pressure and load, tread classification, and design tread depth.
This standard applies to new pneumatic tires for construction machinery such as heavy dump trucks, loaders, excavators, graders, dozers, cranes, and road rollers.
