GB/T 31815-2015 Self-cleaning coatings for building exteriors
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, and storage for self-cleaning coatings used on the exterior surfaces of buildings.
This standard applies to a type of functional coatings that, by utilizing mechanisms such as hydrophilicity, hydrophobicity, micronization, and photocatalysis to alter the surface properties of the coating, can remove pollutants such as dust and oil from the coating surface without manual cleaning under the influence of natural factors such as rainwater and sunlight. The types of coatings include water-based, solvent-based, and other suitable types. These coatings are mainly used for the decoration and protection of building exteriors.
Self-cleaning coatings used on the surfaces of bridges, storage tanks, etc. can also refer to this standard.
