Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements for the materials of the rigid-flexible composite linings of buried storage tanks, the processing of prefabricated parts, modification techniques, the installation of leakage monitoring equipment, completion inspection, nameplates, and project acceptance. This standard applies to the retrofitting of existing buried steel storage tanks used for storing gasoline (including methanol gasoline and ethanol gasoline), diesel, and other media with rigid-flexible composite linings, and the leakage prevention modification projects of the tanks that include a leak detection intermediate layer in the lining.
