Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for the control of air pollutant emissions, monitoring, and supervision and management in the pharmaceutical industry. This standard applies to the management of air pollutant emissions in existing pharmaceutical enterprises or production facilities, as well as the environmental impact assessment of pharmaceutical industry construction projects, the design of environmental protection facilities, the acceptance of environmental protection upon completion, the issuance of pollution discharge permits, and the management of air pollutant emissions after the project is put into operation. This standard also applies to the management of air pollutant emissions in pharmaceutical intermediary enterprises and their production facilities that supply drugs for production, as well as drug R&D institutions and their experimental facilities.
