T/HNSKJX 001-2020
Basic Information
Scope
Main technical content: 4.1 Fruit quality and safety requirements shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB 2762 and GB 2763. 4.2 Harvest maturity indicators The harvest maturity indicators shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Table 1 Indicators range Soluble solids ≥ 6.2% Seed color: yellow-brown or black Fruit flesh: reddish-pink radiating from the center Most seeds with yellow-brown or black seed coats. 5. Harvesting operation requirements 5.1 Pre-harvest yield estimation Randomly select 5 normal fruiting trees from the northeast, southeast, northwest, and southwest corners of a mu of land. Count the number of fruits on each tree, then measure the average single fruit weight. The average single fruit weight * average single fruit number * number of fruiting trees per mu = yield per mu. Then select 1 tree each from the northeast, southeast, northwest, and southwest corners and randomly measure the soluble solids of 5 fruits from each tree. If 80% of the flesh soluble solids content is ≥ 6.2%, the fruit can be harvested. 5.2 Harvesting time requirements Harvesting should be carried out during the low-temperature periods in the morning and evening on sunny days or in cloudy weather. 5.3 Requirements for harvesting personnel Harvesting personnel should receive pre-harvest training, trim their nails, and wear work clothes, hats, and gloves before entering the orchard. 5.4 Use of harvesting containers Specialized kiwifruit harvesting containers should be used, which should be clean and hygienic. 5.5 Harvesting method Pick the fruits and place them in harvesting bags, then transfer them to fruit baskets. Throughout the harvesting process, fruits should be handled gently. Fruit baskets filled with fruits should be placed in the shade or in a cool, ventilated area, and exposure to the sun should be strictly prohibited. 6. Post-harvest requirements The fruits should be promptly transported to pre-cooling areas, an
