Scope
This standard specifies the classification, marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and labeling and packaging of dyed yarn products made from a blend of polyester and viscose fibers.
This standard applies to dyed yarn products made from a blend of polyester and viscose fibers produced by ring spinning (including compact spinning, Siro spinning, and compact Siro spinning), but it does not apply to dyed yarn products made from a blend of polyester and viscose fibers for special purposes.
