Scope
This regulation applies to the energy efficiency testing and evaluation of industrial boilers and their systems that meet the following conditions: (1) Steam boilers and hot water boilers with a rated pressure of less than 3.8 MPa; (2) Organic heat carrier boilers. This regulation does not apply to waste heat boilers.
