This standard is applicable to the calculation, assessment, and evaluation of energy consumption indicators for mining and mineral processing enterprises primarily engaged in the production of qualified concentrates.
This standard is not applicable to enterprises mining and processing brittle sulfide lead-antimony ores or those extracting antimony as a by-product.
