The content of Chapter 3 of GB/T 20041.1—2005 is replaced by the following:
This part specifies the requirements and tests for conduit systems (including conduits and conduit fittings) buried underground, which include conduits and conduit fittings used to protect and manage insulated wires and/or cables in electrical devices or communication systems. This standard applies to metal, non-metal, and composite material conduit systems, including threaded and non-threaded conduit interfaces for terminating these conduit systems.
