Scope

In order to standardize the assessment of safety managers and operators of large-scale amusement facilities, this outline is formulated in accordance with the "Supervision and Management Measures for Special Equipment Operators" and the "Assessment Rules for Special Equipment Operators". This outline applies to the safety managers and operators of large-scale amusement facilities as stipulated in the "Regulations on the Safety Supervision of Special Equipment". Large-scale amusement facility safety managers refer to full-time personnel engaged in safety management in units that use large-scale amusement facilities. Large-scale amusement facility operators refer to personnel engaged in the operation and maintenance of large-scale amusement facilities in units that use large-scale amusement facilities, as well as personnel engaged in the installation and maintenance of large-scale amusement facilities in installation and maintenance units of large-scale amusement facilities.
