Scope

This document specifies the cross-sectional shapes, dimensions, and allowable deviations, as well as the appearance and weight of titanium and titanium alloy rods and wires. This document applies to titanium and titanium alloy wires with diameters of 0.1 mm to 7.0 mm (hereinafter referred to as "wires"); titanium and titanium alloy round rods with diameters greater than 7.0 mm to 450.0 mm (hereinafter referred to as "round rods"); titanium and titanium alloy square rods with side lengths of 30.0 mm to 450.0 mm (hereinafter referred to as "square rods"); and titanium and titanium alloy flat square rods with thicknesses of 25.0 mm to 204.0 mm and widths of 25.0 mm to 254.0 mm (hereinafter referred to as "flat square rods").
