Scope

This standard specifies the definition of industrial boilers for biomass-formed fuels, the method of model compilation, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and random documents, installation and use requirements, and quality responsibilities. This standard applies to fixed steel steam boilers with a rated steam pressure greater than 0.04MPa but less than 3.8MPa and a rated evaporation capacity of not less than 0.1t/h, using water as the medium, and fixed steel hot water boilers with a rated outlet pressure of not less than 0.1MPa (gauge pressure) and a rated thermal power of not less than 0.1MW. This standard applies to industrial boilers that use biomass-formed fuels that comply with DB44/T 1052 "Biomass-formed fuels for industrial boilers".
